These QuickStyle Terms & Conditions relate to Atkar Group QuickStyle Panels and are in addition to those contained in Atkar Group’s Terms and Conditions of Trade, available here.
Validity of Contract
By making a purchase via Atkar Group’s QuickStyle Panel website (hereafter called website), the following agreement between the customer (you) with a minimum age of 18 years and the retailer (Atkar Group) is legally binding until further notice. For other types of agreements, please contact us before completing your purchase. As soon as the order has been placed by you, Atkar Group will send out a confirmation email to the email address stated in your customer profile. It is your responsibility to provide a functioning email address and check the order confirmation thoroughly for possible errors. It is important that you contact us immediately (at least within 24 hours of order confirmation) in case you wish to change or correct any details in your order. Once production has started, no further changes can be applied. As soon as the order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email or phone call to confirm delivery address details or pick up timings. Upon receipt of the goods by you, the contract is regarded as concluded.
Payment Terms
Payment can be made by Visa or MasterCard. When you have completed your payment, your order will be sent to production within 24 hours.
Cancellations
Atkar Group only allows cancellation of an order if formally advised in writing by you within 24 hours of you submitting your order on the website. After this time, Atkar Group can no longer cancel the order as its production has begun and costs incurred.
Product Colours and Images on Website
The colours and images used on this website are for reference only. Colours may vary depending on what screen resolution you have or what device you view the website. If required, you can request a colour sample from Atkar Group. Click here to request a colour sample.
Lead Times
After your order has been confirmed, your QuickStyle panels will be ready for pick up or delivery in 10 business days. If you have selected optional panel edging, the lead time will be 15 business days. This lead time does not include delivery times, public holidays or business shut down periods.
On occasion, Atkar Group may not be able to deliver within these time frames. We will notify you as soon as possible to confirm revised timings.
Order Size
For any orders with over 40 panels, the above lead times may not be possible. We will notify you as soon as possible to confirm if any revised timings are required.
Delivery & Pick Up
During the order process you can choose to get your panels delivered via our third-party freight company, or you can pick up your order from Atkar Group Head Office.
If you opt for pick up, you order can be picked up in your own truck at an arranged time. Atkar Group will advise your package dimensions and they will be plastic wrapped and on a pallet. It is your responsibility to ensure your truck size is suitable. We are able to forklift panels on to your truck. The pickup location is Atkar Group, 17 – 19 David Lee Rd, Hallam, Victoria, Australia.
If delivery has been selected, one of our third-party freight companies will be used. Atkar Group will confirm your delivery address and provide an estimated delivery time. Someone needs to be on site and contactable via mobile to sign for the delivery. Please ensure you have a forklift and adequate people available to assist with the unload, as panels are heavy. The driver is unable to assist with any hand unloads. A maximum unload allowance of 30 minutes on site is included. Any damages that are made whilst the panels are unloaded are the responsibility of the customer. Any additional delivery costs incurred by the customer (eg. extra time required to unload, late on site etc) will be passed on. Atkar Group cannot be held responsible for losses, inconveniences, costs or other damages resulting from late deliveries.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns are not available for QuickStyle Panels as they are a made to measure product. If you consider the product to be faulty in some way, please contact Atkar Group on 1300 333 833 to discuss.
Warranty
Atkar Group QuickStyle panels are covered by a limited warranty for ten(10) years. Please refer to our warranty document for full details.
Conformance
The panel shown on the website is a visualization only. The final product may vary somewhat in construction and colour. The perception of colours can vary from display to display. Therefore, the images do not reference to an exact colour but have a guiding function only. If required, we are able to provide colour samples.
Offers & Discounts
You may receive online offers and promotions which include a promotional or coupon code (Code) for use when shopping. It is your responsibility to ensure that the Code is valid, and that you enter the Code at the time of making your purchase online. We cannot apply the Code retrospectively once you have submitted your Order. Terms and conditions will apply to the use of the offer or promotion. Please read these carefully to make sure they apply to your purchase from Atkar Group. Any Code is non-transferable and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Personal information
Atkar Group treats responsibly the integrity of the personal information given by our customers. Your personal information is only used for internal purposes and neither your personal details nor your e-mail address will be given or sold to third parties. Force Majeure
In case of war, natural disaster, labour related disputes, government edicts, and delivery failures from suppliers, extraordinary circumstances outside Atkar Group’s control, that affect the contract between Atkar Group and the customer, Atkar Group will not be responsible for completing the terms specified above.
